Singer-songwriter Shane Kim Lumanog has proven once again her songwriting prowess with her first song entry entitled “Beside Your Heart” on A Song of Praise (ASOP) Music Festival producer’s pick episode for the month of October.

Shane’s composition, performed by award-winning solo artist Zsaris, trumped two other returning competitors namely Marvin Cortez’s “Dios Ang Bahala” performed by LJ Herrera; and Juvic Anne Capistrano’s “May Ngiting Hararapin Ang Bukas” interpreted by Keith Princess Jover.

With its relaxing melody and emotional lyrics, the guitar-driven track is influenced by Shane’s musical interests.

Well-rounded artist Zsaris returned to ASOP stage and rendered a more heartfelt performance for the sentimental song.

The composer will be back next week to compete, once again, for the last monthly finals for ASOP Year 6.
