Singer-songwriter Shane Kim Lumanog is finally off to the grand finale with her song “Beside Your Heart” at A Song of Praise (ASOP) Music Festival.
After her songwriting prowess prevailed at October’s producer’s pick episode, her composition was chosen to be the 12th grand finalist song.
The composition trumped two songs entries namely Reymar Cascara’s “Makalugod Sa‘Yo” performed by William Cuderes, and David Panatag and Victorino Marcos Jr.’s “Sisidlan” interpreted by Stan Perfecto.
With its heart-tugging lyrics and sweet-sounding melody, the song echoed familiar sentimental feels as interpreter talented solo artist Zsaris gave her note-perfect emotions and vocals to the song.
The original composition will be included in ASOP commemorative CD.
